Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Enjoyably Human.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
This policy does not apply to Subscriptions. Please see the Subscriptions section of Our Terms and Conditions for information about cancelling and eligibility for refunds related to Subscriptions.
The following terms are applicable for any products other than Subscriptions that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Returns and Refund Policy:

Goods refer to the tangible items offered for sale on the Website.

Offers mean the price and payment terms We present for You to purchase one or more Products from Us.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Products from Us.

Products refer to the Salable Content, Goods, and Services offered for sale on the Website.

Salable Content refers to digital items offered for sale on the Website such as educational materials in the form of videos, audio recordings, or digital documents.

Services refer to products that are not tangible which are offered for sale on the Website such as Personal Sessions or synchronous classes.

Subscriptions refer to the services or access to the Website offered on a subscription basis by the Company to You.

Tailored Services refer to Services (such as Personal Sessions) that are offered for one or more individuals and that are being customized for that individual or individuals.

Unused Tailored Services refer to Tailored Services that have not been used or forfeited by You.

You means the individual accessing or using the Website, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Website, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received access to the Salable Content or Services, or received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the Goods delivered.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear request for cancellation and refund as appropriate. You can inform us of your decision by:

For Salable Content
In order for the Salable Content to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that they were purchased in the last 30 days.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive Your emailed request for cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
You will lose access from Our Website to any Salable Content associated with the Order You request to cancel once the refund has been processed.
For Services
In order for Services to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that they were purchased in the last 30 days.
We will refund the full fee You paid for any Services that are not Tailored Services or Subscriptions associated with the Order You request to cancel.
For any Unused Tailored Services, We will refund a portion of the fee You paid proportional to any Unused Tailored Services associated with the Order You request to cancel. For example, if you had purchased a 4-session package of Personal Sessions and had used 1 session before requesting to cancel Your Order, We would refund ¾ of the full fee you had paid for Your Order.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive Your emailed request for cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
You will not have any right to receive a refund for any of the following Services:
- Tailored Services (such as Personal Sessions) that have already been conducted.
- Tailored Services (such as Personal Sessions) that are forfeited due to your failure to attend a session at the scheduled date and time that You had reserved using our scheduling system. Note: You have the option to reschedule sessions using our scheduling system up to 12 hours prior to a scheduled session. If you discover that you will not be able to attend after the opportunity to reschedule a session using our scheduling system has passed, please notify Us at least 8 hours prior to the appointment and We can help you reschedule.
- Tailored Services (such as Personal Sessions) that have expired. If Tailored Services are not used within 1 calendar year of purchase, Your right to use those services expires.
For Goods
Your right to cancel an Order for Goods only applies to Goods that are returned in the same condition as You received them. You should also include all of the product instructions, documents and wrappings. Goods that are damaged or not in the same condition as You received them or which are worn simply beyond opening the original packaging will not be refunded. You should therefore take reasonable care of the purchased Goods while they are in Your possession.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
You will not have any right to cancel an Order for the supply of any of the following Goods:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
Conditions for Return of Goods
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were not used or damaged
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a Goods item for the same one, contact us. Please note that We only replace Goods you received defective or damaged.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
